I. Product Description ***Material: We use the best quality Chinese steel Q345B-T700 for the chassis. The tank material includes carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy options. ***Axle: We typically use high-quality 13t axles from brands like FUWA or HUAJIN. BPW axles are available upon customer request. ***Part: We select premium spare parts to ensure efficient performance of the tank trailer. ***Subsea Safety Valve: Each compartment is equipped with a subsea safety valve to enhance safety during accidents. ***ABS Braking System: Standard feature with KORMEE ABS braking system for enhanced safety.
II. Advanced Process: ---Design Drawing: Before production, we send the design drawing to the customer for confirmation. ---Cutting and Welding: I-beams are cut using CNC plasma cutting machines, and welding is done with Gantry Main Sill Welding Machines. ---Tank Body Welding: European arc butt welding, round head, mechanical folding, one-time forming technology. ---Surface Treatment: Sandblasting to remove rust, resulting in a beautiful appearance and even paint coating. ---Painting: One layer of anti-rust painting, two layers of top coat. ---Testing: All products are tested before delivery to ensure quality.
III. Advantages of Our 3 Axles Fuel Tank Semitrailer
1, Our tank is equipped with multi-channel anti-wave partitions, allowing it to be divided into several compartments for different liquids. It can be pumped in and out through the table, or self-flow through the table without needing to pump. 2. All our fuel tank trailers are tested. We use high-pressure gas leak detection to ensure the tank has high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe, stable performance. 3. Alcohol, sulfuric acid, and chemical tankers use imported stainless steel (thickness 4mm-5mm) or plastic cans (polypropylene) (thickness 12mm-22mm). 4. Our fuel tank consists of a power take-off device, drive shaft, gear oil pump, tank body, and pipe network system. The pipe network includes an oil pump, three-way four-ball valve, two-way ball valve, filter, and pipes. 5. Available pumps include gear pumps, centrifugal pumps, heavy oil pumps, and stainless steel pumps, with heating pipes and insulation layers available.
