The tank material includes carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy options. ***Axle: We typically use high-quality brand axles such as 13t FUWA or HUAJIN. BPW axles are also available upon customer request. ***Parts: We select high-quality spare parts to ensure efficient performance of the tank trailer for our customers. ***Subsea Safety Valve: Each compartment of our tank semitrailer is equipped with a subsea safety valve to ensure safety in case of accidents. ***ABS Braking System: Standard equipment on all our tank trailers, featuring the KORMEE ABS braking system.
II. Advanced Process: ---Design Drawing: Before production, we send the design drawing to the customer for confirmation. Our goal is to provide the most suitable product. ---Cutting and Welding: I-beam cutting uses Computer Numerical Control Plasma Cutting Machine. I-beam welding uses Gantry Main Sill Welding Machine. ---Tank Body Welding: European arc butt welding, round head, mechanical folding, one-time forming technology. ---Surface Treatment: Sand blasting to remove rust, resulting in a beautiful appearance and even, firm, durable painting. ---Painting: One layer of anti-rust paint, two layers of paint. ---Testing: We test the quality of the trailer before delivery.
III. The Advantage Of Our 3 Axles Fuel Tank Semitrailer
1, Our tank is equipped with multi-channel anti-wave partitions, allowing it to be divided into several compartments for different liquids. It supports both pump-in and pump-out operations, either through the table or not, and can self-flow through the table without needing to do so. 2. We test all of our fuel tank trailers. We use high-pressure gas leak detection, ensuring the tank has high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe, stable vehicle characteristics. 3. All kinds of alcohol, sulfuric acid, salted chemical tanker use imported stainless steel (thickness of 4mm-5mm) or plastic cans (polypropylene) (thickness of 12mm-22mm) manufacturing. 4. Our fuel tank is composed of a power take-off device, a drive shaft, a gear oil pump, a tank body, and a pipe network system. The pipe network system consists of an oil pump, a three-way four-ball valve, a two-way ball valve, a filter, and pipes. 5. Gear pumps, centrifugal pumps, heavy oil pumps, and stainless steel pumps are available, and heating pipes and insulation layers can be installed.
