Our two Bystronic 4020 laser cutting machines are capable of cutting various materials, including carbon steel (1-25mm, such as Q235B and Q345B), stainless steel (1-16mm, such as SUS304 and SUS316), and aluminum. The precision of our laser cutting is maintained within 0.2mm, ensuring accurate and consistent results. In addition, we are equipped with a CNC bending machine, rolling machine, and automatic powder coating system to provide comprehensive manufacturing solutions.
We have a dedicated quality team of approximately 30 experienced professionals who oversee every stage of the production process, from material inspection upon arrival, to first sample inspection, on-site production checks, and final product verification.
