Vibrating Screen Description

This vibrating screen can support up to 5 layers, but 3 layers is highly recommended for optimal performance.

It offers four material options: all stainless steel 304, 316, contact part with SUS 304, or carbon steel Q235A.
The voltage is customizable, and available options include 220/240/380/415/450V with 50 or 60HZ frequency.
It features large capacity, compact design, high screening efficiency, easy screen changes, and excellent safety performance.
Rotary vibrating screens are widely used in industries such as food, chemical, construction, paper-making, metallurgy, mining, abrasive, and ceramic sectors for screening, grading, filtering, separating, and classifying powders, pellets, and granules.
It consists of a vibration motor, base support, screen frame, inlet and outlet, and dust-proof cover.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, which act as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, transferring this motion to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom weights allows for different trajectories of materials on the sieve.
