Production Overview

The filter board and frame of this stainless steel plate and frame filter press are made from high-quality stainless steel. The sealing material is white silicone rubber, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C. The surface of the plates and frames is smooth, ensuring thorough cleaning without any dead spaces, and can operate at temperatures up to 180°C. This filter press is available in two types: with or without a pump.

The design ensures that the plates and frames are easy to clean, leaving no corners uncleaned. It includes a frame-type stainless steel frame with a sanitary pump and thrust board.

This multi-layer filter press is suitable for applications requiring fine or semi-fine filtration, such as purification, sterilization, and defecation in low-viscosity liquids with minimal sludge content under a concentration of 50%.
