Copper Wire Granulator Machine General Introduction1. Put wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath and copper are completely separated. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve: the larger the mesh, the longer the crushed material will be and the higher the output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material during production.
2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator via the conveyor. During this process, dust and some light-weight plastic pieces (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions for environmental protection. Dust and some light-weight plastic pieces are collected in this bag and discharged when it's full.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on the differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a specific gravity deviation under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and move from bottom to top, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top of the copper granules and move from top to bottom, finally being discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on the Underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, and the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
