PVC cable recycling granulation extruders machinery, the material can be a polymer mixed with PVC, some PE, some rubber, recycling and blending and modification, functional parent granule (black carbon granule, flame-retardant granule, degradable granule, double protective granule), various cables, special materials (EVA, fluorine rubber, TPR sole material, UV protection material), reactive and extruding, powder coating.
Working Principle
The process starts by crushing the cable with a crusher to break it into small pieces. These pieces are then fed directly into the extruder. The first stage uses a single screw extruder, followed by a twin screw extruder where the mixture of PE, rubber, and other materials is processed and transformed into pellets.
