Frame 
The wallboard of the loom adopts high grades casting iron, the major beam adopts the seamless steel tube, which increases the stability of the frame and reduces the vibration. Therefore, the high quality and high production of the fabrics can be ensured.
 
Shedding Structure
The size of shedding connecting rob and lifting shaft are expanded, the broadside heavy heald frame (120mm) is adopted, therefore, the stability and clearness of the warp shedding can be ensured.
 
Selvage Supporting Device
5 rows of needles; broadened overarm support and runner cloth; strengthened supporting edge; more stable runner cloth.
 
Alumium Alloy Component
The water sucking pipe base and weaving edge gear adopt the anodizing, which is artistic as well as endurable. Reed batten and roller are of stainless steel, which greatly increases its intensity and corrosion resistance. 
 
Concentrated Lubrication
Easy operation, it gives the machine overall protection. 
 
Beating-up System
Crank connecting rod structure and inertial beating up are adopted. The adoption of high frequency quenching in crank shaft enhances the abrasive resistance, hardness and intensity of the crank shaft. The diameter of crank shaft is expanded, and the 114*10mm seamless steel tube is adopted, which increase the intensity and endurance. Reed batten and slide carriage which are of stainless materials enhance the beating-up force, therefore, it can weave high density and middle thickness fabrics, the clothes weaved with it are impact.
 
Cutting System
The ceramic or hard alloy cutter is adopted, which is sharp and wearproof. Working with the imported connecting rod bearings, it can snip the weft precisely, whatever is it rough weft or thin weft.
 
Bearing and Crankshaft
All bearings in our products are imported from Sweden SKF, Germany FAG and Japan NSK. The imported bearings further enhance the abrasive resistance and endurance of the crankshaft.
 
Let-off System
Semi-positive continuous let-off system, enlarged let-off tension sensor (113mm). Working with the most advanced CVT can perfectly adjust the let-off amount.
 
Electronic Take-up System
 
Small and exquisite design, big output power, easy to adjust; full automatic rolling for all kinds of fabric to ensure synchronicity
