According to the amount of steam used in different sizes of vortex flow transmitter, and can not use the existing process pipeline caliber to choose the transmitter diameter.

4. Selection of pressure compensation pressure transmitter Because the saturated steam line is long and the pressure fluctuates greatly, pressure compensation must be adopted. In consideration of the pressure, temperature and density correspondence, only pressure compensation can be used in the measurement, due to pipeline saturation. The steam pressure is in the range of 0.3-0.7MPa, and the pressure transmitter can select 1MPa.

Accuracy grades and functions Select the instrument accuracy grade according to the measurement requirements and the use occasions, so that it is cost-effective. For applications such as trade settlement, product handover, and energy metering, higher accuracy levels, such as 1.0, 0.5, or higher, should be selected. For process control applications, flowmeters select different levels of accuracy based on control requirements; Some are just occasions to detect the process flow, without having to do precise control and metering, you can choose a slightly lower accuracy class, such as 1.5, 2.5, or even 4.0, then you can use low-cost plug-in vortex flowmeter.
