Production Process of Steel Material Transporter
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After cutting, workers perform simple processing like chip removal and positioning.
Preliminary Assembling
Assemble cut steel plates according to the design drawing.
Welding
Weld the steel plates using an automatic welding machine after preliminary assembling.
Post-Weld Treatment
Test the welded sections, polish, and remove burrs. Perform post-weld treatment to eliminate residual stress.
Spray Primer
Transport the processed structure parts to the painting booth for primer spraying. The main component of the primer is zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust paint, applied in two layers.
Assembling
Assemble the primed structure parts with wheels, motors, and gearboxes.
Paint Finish
Transport the assembled cart to the painting booth, inspect the primer, and then apply the finish coat.
Debugging
Debug the cart with the electric control system. After debugging, test without load, then under load. After inspection, transport to storage.


Working Principle of Steel Material Transporter
This Steel Material Transporter is powered by a battery. The current is supplied to the pulling motor through the electric control system, allowing the car to start, stop, move forward, turn around, and adjust speed. The transfer cart can run on curved rails and function as a ferry car. Since it has no limit on travel distance and requires minimal track conditions, it's suitable for various transportation scenarios.


Packaging & Shipping
* If the length is less than 6m and the width is less than 2.2m, it will be transported in a 20ft container. If the length is over 5.9m but less than 12m, it will be transported in a 40ft container. For 2 or 3 sets, full container shipping is available. For one set, LCL container shipping is possible.
* If the length is less than 12m but the width exceeds 2.2m, flat rack containers (20 or 40 ft) are required. If the equipment exceeds these dimensions, bulk cargo options should be considered.
