1, water pump not priming
Water diversion, water pump and pipeline leak. Suction height is too high, wrong rotation direction, insufficient speed. Packing loose or worn.
Add water, tighten the water inlet joint screw, reduce the suction lift, change the direction of rotation, improve speed, compress packing or replace it.
2, low flow rate
Bottom valve jammed, impeller clogged, suction height too high, packing worn.
Clear the blockage. Lower the suction height, increase speed, replace the packing.
3, pump power consumption
Impeller wear, bearing damage.
Replace the damaged parts.
4, pump overall vibration
Improper installation, impeller damage, pump shaft bending.
Reinstall properly, replace impeller, replace the shaft.
