DESCRIPTION

The XINCHEN-D16 single turnplate paper cup machine is designed for high-speed and efficient production of disposable paper cups. It features a single turntable and a cylinder indexing cam system, which allows for faster operation and greater load capacity. The machine also includes a batch lubrication system to extend the equipment’s lifespan and reduce maintenance time. It offers two options: an automatic counter and collector table or a paper feeding table, making it suitable for producing cold or hot paper cups ranging from 2.5oz to 16oz.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Our machine features:

1). The main running chain has three range chains for better performance and stability.

2). Instead of using chains between the turntables, we use gears for smoother movement and reduced wear.

3). The turntable is made of aluminum, which is lightweight and helps reduce mechanical wear.

4). Heaters are made of aluminum, ensuring that if the machine stops unexpectedly, the cups inside won't be burned.
