The project is located in Yangchun Industrial Park, Jiang'an County, Yibin City. It has an investment of 10 million yuan. It uses the hydrochloric acid, a by-product of Haifeng He Rui Chemical Co., Ltd., as a raw material, and uses Haifeng Company's surplus steam for production.
