Brief introduction blasting equipment transporter (Blasting Equipment Transporter) 1, the chassis n chassis model can be divided into: Dongfeng series, Jiangling series, JAC series, Beiqi Aoling series, Beiqi era series, Beiqi Auman series, Qingling series, Liberation series ,and many more
n chassis can be divided into: dual drive and four drive
n According to the rated load quality, there may be 0.5 tons to 9.9 tons (National Commission of Science, Technology and Industry requires the maximum tonnage of the household not to exceed 10 tons). 2. The car body n can be divided into two parts: 1: transport explosives; 2: transport detonators (Anti-explosion container); 3: Explosives and detonators are transported at the same time (car body must be compartmentalized, sub-warehouse transport, anti-explosion container installed).
The car body is a double-layer metal skeleton structure, the outside is a cold-rolled steel plate, the inner wall is covered with an aluminum alloy plate, and the interlayer is filled with a heat-insulating flame-retardant material. If you need to install the anti-riot container, open the side door. The side wall is equipped with a natural ventilation window with rain protection function to make the air flow inside and outside the box. The interior of the box is anti-static treatment. The bottom of the box and the front of the box are paved. The flame-retardant antistatic rubber sheet is connected with the equipotential of the chassis, and is connected to the ground through the static conductive device at the rear of the vehicle to prevent the generation of static sparks and the timely release of static electricity from the vehicle, thereby improving the safety of the vehicle. The front and side of the car body are equipped with fixed pull rings, and tied goods are used with the binding band to avoid movement and ensure safety. 3. The smoke detector is a special device for sensing the fire inside the compartment. It is installed in the top of the compartment and connected with the alarm device in the cab. When there is a smoke in the fire, a buzzing alarm in the cab informs the driver to ensure that Eliminate dangers in time. 4. Anti-theft alarm In order to ensure safety, doors are opened at the rear and sides of the compartment. Door magnetic switch alarms are installed at the top of each door frame (optional anti-theft monitor according to user requirements. Drive recorder, etc.) When the door is When turned on, the buzzer in the cab sounds an alarm. When not in use, the control switch in the cab can be turned off. This ensures that the vehicle is always in a controlled state during driving.
5. The exhaust system of the vehicle's engine adopts a front-mounted type and an exhaust spark extinguisher (fire shield) is installed to prevent the heat source from adversely affecting the explosives.
6, the chassis is equipped with two electrostatic conductive tape mop, the outside of the car body installation marker marker lights and portable fire extinguishers and other safety devices.
7. The body color is yellow, and there are “No fireworks” and “Blast” words with reflective logos.
