Sprinkler Operation Instructions



1. Water pump

The most important component of a sprinkler piping system is a water pump. There are two nylon gears in the pump. The pump itself has no cooling system. Mainly rely on the water inside the tank to enter the pump out of the pump to radiate and lubricate. If there is no water in the pump, any idling will lead to high temperature and high pressure in the pump, which will deform and bond the two nylon gears, thus damaging the pump. When you stop using, you must first separate the power take-off handle and stop the pump. At the bottom of the pump, there is a plug, which should be unscrewed by the user in the winter, and the bottom of the tank should be completely drained to prevent the residual water from freezing in the pump.

2. PTO

The function of the power take-off is that the power of the engine is taken out of the gearbox by the power take-off device and transmitted to the pump via the transmission shaft, thereby driving the water pump to operate together. When using, you should first set the neutral position of the car's gear, start the engine, step down the clutch pedal, and then lift the power take-off handle (position on the left side of the driver's seat) to the end (no matter high speed, low speed) ), the power take-off gear in the power take-off can be meshed with the gear in the gearbox. Then slowly release the clutch pedal, the power of the engine can be transmitted to the pump through the drive shaft, so that the pump works (to avoid idling in the pump). At the end of the job, the clutch is depressed first and then the power take-off handle is pushed back into place. At this point, the gear in the power take-off separates the gearbox and the power take-off ends.

3. Three-way ball valve

At the top of the valve stem of the three-way ball valve, there is a concave point. When the concave point is turned to which nozzle, that is the one where the ball valve is closed, and the other two nozzles are connected at the same time.

4. Two-way ball valve

The opening and closing rules of the two-way ball valve are as follows: the handle and the pipe line are fully opened, and the vertical line is completely closed. The two-way ball valve installed in the pump inlet and outlet of our company is a self-priming ball valve, and also acts as a decompression and diversion. When self-priming, the two-way ball valve must be fully open. Operate by opening the two-way ball valve on the pipeline. After the sprinkler and high-pressure water cannons are in the same pipeline, they can be used together or used separately.

5. Strainer:

The color is green and the exterior is a square square flange. Mainly play a role in pump filtration protection. It is the channel connecting the tank and the outside of the tank. It is the inlet of the pump. It can let the water of the tank into the pump. It can also let the water outside the tank into the pump.

6. Free flow: flush the handle valve pocket of the three-way ball valve that connects the tank to the strainer.

7. Self-priming

Self-priming is the introduction of external water into the tank through an on-board pump. The correct way of operation is to connect the ball valve's self-inflow port to the tank with one end of the hose, and the other end to insert the pumping area, so that the handle recesses of the two three-way ball valves are flushed inwards, connecting the pump inlet and outlet. The two-way ball valve is fully open.

Then, start the engine and operate the pump to rotate. (Note: When self-priming, there must be water in the pump. It is better to let some water out of the pipeline to ensure the pump has power.)

8. Get water outside

The two three-way ball valves, the pits are flushed outwards, and the two-way ball valve connecting the inlet and outlet of the pump is completely closed. In this way, the water in the tank enters the pump through the strainer, is pressurized in the pump, and then is sprayed through the outlet or before the sprinkler or the high pressure water cannon.

9. When the user uses a can of water three times before, remove the filter element to clean it. Prevents water from coming out due to clogging of the filter element. The filter is best cleaned regularly.
