Compared with the highest monthly output of 750t/d of D900 fan without oxygen-rich production, the average daily output in October reached 888.82t/d when the oxygen enrichment reached 1200m3/h, an increase of 18.5%, and the use of D1000 fan (1998) From October to January 1999, the average daily output was 866.31t/d, which increased by 2.6%. At the same time, because oxygen is used to ensure the residual oxygen after the converter is used, the oxygen plant is reduced. In other words, it reduces energy waste and improves economic efficiency.

In addition, after oxygen enrichment, the temperature at the tuyere is increased. The burning rate of coal is improved, which is conducive to stable injection, and the physical heat of slag iron is improved, which is beneficial to reduce.
