China Drying Network News According to Kyodo News, due to the increase in demand from emerging market countries, Japanese companies have begun to engage in the development of shortages in the world. The subsidiary of the industrial gas producer Dayangsun Acid signed a memorandum with the subsidiary of Gazprom in December last year on the joint development of resources in the Siberian region of eastern Russia. It plans to start production in 2018 and mainly supply the Japanese market.

At present, there are only 5 countries in the world that produce helium, of which the U.S. production accounts for more than 70% of the world's total. Over 90% of Japan's radon gas relies on imports from the United States. With the development of the economy, the demand for Asian countries such as China has expanded, and Japan began to experience shortages of radon gas around 2007.

The Dayang Nissei subsidiary will provide assistance to Russia in terms of production, sales, transportation and other aspects of helium produced at the Chayanda natural gas field in the eastern Sakha Republic of Sakha.
