Rechargeable Hand Held Metal Detector

This high-performance metal detector is ideal for security applications in airports, train stations, seaports, customs, and law enforcement. (1) To turn on the detector: A. When you hear a "da" sound for 3–5 seconds, the green light will illuminate, indicating that the device is ready for use. B. If the green light does not come on, check if the battery is properly installed. C. If there is continuous sound or vibration, or no sound at all, replace the battery with a new one.

(2) Sound/Vibration Button: Press the yellow button to activate the vibration alarm, and release it to switch back to the sound alarm.

(3) High Sensitivity Test: The detector will sound or vibrate when it detects metal, and the green light will change to red. After detection, the alarm stops, and the light returns to green.

(4) Low Sensitivity Test: If you want to avoid detecting small metal items, keep the low sensitivity switch pressed. The detector will still alert when it finds metal, but the sensitivity will be reduced by more than five times, allowing it to detect only larger objects.

(5) Sensitivity Adjustment: A. If the detection range is not sufficient or the sensitivity is too high, users can adjust it. B. Make sure the sound/vibration button is released, then insert a small flat screwdriver into the hole on the handle. Turn counterclockwise until the sound stops, then turn clockwise about half a circle to reach the desired sensitivity level.

(6) Notes: A. Always turn off the power after use. B. Remove the battery if the device is not going to be used for an extended period. C. The detector will only sound or vibrate when sweeping over a metal object; it will not trigger if the probe is held against a metal surface. D. Before charging, make sure the power is turned off.
