Fiber optic can bear high temperature up to 250℃ and do not need additional cooling. SMART-F series two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected. **Test Theory**
Organophosphate and carbamate pesticides are among the most widely used types of pesticides, many of which are now banned for use on fruits and vegetables. These pesticides bind to acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the body and are not easily separated, leading to the inhibition of AChE activity. This prevents the hydrolysis of acetylcholine, causing a buildup that leads to nerve hyperexcitability, poisoning symptoms, and even death. Based on this toxic mechanism, the enzyme inhibition rate method is used. The detection principle involves using a sensitive enzyme extract, such as butyrylcholinesterase, to determine pesticide residues based on changes in enzyme activity in food samples.
