The project titled "Key Technology and Demonstration Project for Industrialization of High-Purity Phosphorus Chemical Products" is a significant initiative under China's "Eleventh Five-Year" national science and technology support plan. It focuses on solving critical technical challenges in the development of high-purity phosphoric acid and related products, leveraging existing domestic technologies and integrating national efforts. Key areas include solvent extraction purification of wet-process phosphoric acid, development of high-polymer ammonium polyphosphate, and the establishment of industrial demonstration units for various grades of phosphoric acid—industrial, food-grade, and semiconductor-grade.
The project also emphasizes the improvement of testing techniques, quality standards, and the creation of databases for high-purity phosphorus chemicals. These efforts are designed to support technological innovation and provide practical solutions for domestic enterprises aiming to upgrade their product structures and production processes.
Among the key components are the development of specialized equipment for efficient extraction, concentration, and solid-liquid separation, as well as the construction of pilot plants for high-polymer ammonium polyphosphate. Each demonstration unit serves as a model for other companies looking to modernize their operations and meet higher industry standards.
Additionally, the project includes the establishment of a comprehensive database and advanced analytical methods to support decision-making and strategic planning in the phosphorus chemical sector.
