Shizishan Copper Mine Concentrator

I. Location: Located in Yimen County, central Yunnan Province, at the junction of Shuangbai and Lufeng counties.

The highway is 114km from the mining area to Kunming and 50km from Lufeng Railway Station.

Second, the characteristics of the ore: Lion copper ore deposit account solution was warmed genus. Copper minerals are mainly copper ore, chalcopyrite and malachite, followed by chalcopyrite and blue copper ore, which are unevenly embedded in thickness; gangue minerals are mainly calcite and dolomite, followed by quartz and hydroxide. Iron , manganese hydroxide, clay, etc.

Ore hardness f = 10 ~ 14, density 2.75.

Third, the production overview: the design scale of the plant is 1800t / d, the annual processing of ore is 594,000 tons. The approved production capacity of the Industrial Census in 1985 was 1750 t/d. Ore Reserves processing plant design submitted by 1213 tonnes at 0.92%, the amount of metal 111443t. The newly added ore reserves are 3.58 million tons, the grade is 0.82%, and the metal volume is 29,431 tons. At the end of 1985, it retained 11.24 million tons of ore reserves, with a grade of 0.94% and a metal content of 105,848 tons.

The ore mined by the sub-column sublevel caving method is transported to the ropeway starting point station by the motor shaft, and is crushed by the coarse crusher and transported to the original mine bin of the selected plant by the ropeway.

The crushing process is three-stage and one-closed. The maximum feed size of the coarse crusher is 480mm, and the final product particle size after three-stage crushing is -12mm.

The grinding process is selected by stage grinding. A section of grinding 3.2×3.1m lattice ball mill and ф2.4m double spiral classifier are closed, and the graded product enters the second section mill (3.2×3.1m lattice type ball mill) through the cyclone. The second stage product enters the ф600mm cyclone, and the cyclone overflows into the flotation process. The flotation process is a rough, one sweep, four selections, and the middle mine (sweep concentrate and selected I tailings) returns to the main process head.

After the copper concentrate is concentrated, filtered and dried, the water content is ≤14%, and it is transported by car to Lufeng Railway Station, and then transported by train to Yunnan Smelter.

Beneficiation plant ready to take the following measures to automatic control: CNC dosing; flotation automatic liquid level control; pH value of automatic control; grinding fineness grade concentration control.

Nine, three waste treatment

(1) Tailings Reservoir: Located in Dasha River 4.6km away from the plant, the storage capacity is 10.4 million m 3 .

(2) Tailings conveying system: It is sent to the tailings pond through a three-stage pumping station along a 4.6km long trench.

X. Investment effect: There are 107 sets of existing equipment in the whole plant, the total installed capacity is 3636kW, and the total weight of the equipment is about 880t.
