The total number of complaints for joint venture brands accounted for 70% of the total number of complaints. During the warranty period, vehicles were still the main force of the complaints, accounting for 55.33% of the total complaints, of which, complaints about quality problems during the break-in period (including one month) reached 26.26. %. In terms of brand attributes of the complaint models, the joint venture brand complaints were far ahead, with 670 complaints occupying 70.08% of the total complaints in Guangdong; and independent brand complaints 266, accounting for 27.82% of the total complaints.
