Recently, Liugong has introduced a new range of colored graders, enhancing their visual appeal and market presence. In late February, the CLG425 grader was successfully assembled at Liuzhou Road Company, marking a significant step in the company's product development. By early March, the CLG418 model was officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a "National Key New Product Project for 2007," highlighting its innovation and technological advancement. The CLG425 is a high-power all-wheel drive grader designed to meet international market demands. It is ideal for large-scale leveling and snow removal operations during winter. This model incorporates advanced technologies such as a hydraulic drive low-speed high-torque motor, computer dynamic control systems, temperature-controlled cooling fans, and electric heating air conditioning. Additionally, it features a special pre-heating system tailored for harsh weather conditions in Russia. These innovations have significantly improved the machine’s overall performance, placing it among the top in China’s grading equipment market and filling a gap in the high-end segment. In early March, the Ministry of Science and Technology completed the evaluation of its 2007 science and technology plan projects. The CLG418 motor grader, developed by Liugong in 2004, was identified as a key national project. Since its launch, the CLG418 has gained rapid market acceptance due to its advanced design, reliability, comfort, and high productivity. Its elegant appearance and superior performance have earned praise from users and industry experts alike. The product has passed rigorous testing by the National Engineering Machinery Inspection Center, achieving an advanced level compared to similar domestic products. Beyond domestic sales, the CLG418 has also been exported to several countries, including Finland, Sweden, Russia, South Africa, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia, demonstrating strong international demand. As part of the national science and technology plan, the project will receive support from the Ministry in areas such as marketing, funding, and management, further boosting its market potential. Currently, Liugong offers four series of graders—CLG416, CLG418, CLG422, and CLG425—with a total of eight models available. These products are designed to meet diverse customer needs across different applications and regions. With continuous innovation and expansion, Liugong continues to strengthen its position in the global construction machinery industry.
