Recently, the Liugong Grader series has introduced a range of new color options, enhancing its visual appeal and market competitiveness. In late February, the CLG425 grader was successfully assembled at Liuzhou Road Company, marking a significant step forward in product development. Shortly after, in early March, the CLG418 model was officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a “National Key New Product Project for 2007.” This recognition highlights the technological innovation and market potential of Liugong's grading equipment. The CLG425 is a high-powered all-wheel drive grader specifically designed to meet the demands of the international market. It is ideal for large-scale land leveling and snow removal during winter conditions. The machine incorporates advanced technologies such as a hydraulic drive low-speed high-torque motor, computerized dynamic control systems, temperature-controlled cooling fans, and electric heating for air conditioning. Additionally, it features a special pre-heating system tailored for harsh weather conditions in regions like Russia. These innovations have significantly improved the machine’s overall performance, placing it among the top-tier graders in China and filling a gap in the high-end market segment. In early March, the evaluation of the 2007 science and technology plan project was completed by a panel of experts. The CLG418 motor grader, developed by Liugong since 2004, was officially acknowledged as a “National Key New Product Project.” This model has quickly gained popularity in the market due to its advanced design, reliable performance, comfortable operation, and high construction quality. Its aesthetic appeal and efficient productivity have made it a favorite among users. The product has been tested and certified by the National Engineering Machinery Inspection Center, reaching an advanced level compared to similar domestic products. Beyond domestic sales, the CLG418 is also being exported to international markets. It has already found success in countries such as Finland, Sweden, Russia, South Africa, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia, showing strong potential for global expansion. As part of the national science and technology plan, the Ministry of Science and Technology will provide various forms of support, including market access, information sharing, financial assistance, and management guidance, to help further promote these products. Currently, Liugong offers four series—CLG416, CLG418, CLG422, and CLG425—covering a total of eight models. These products are designed to meet diverse customer needs, ensuring flexibility and performance across different applications.
