VAS02/05 Vortex Air Separator is used in the circulating water pipe of air
conditioning system to separate the air from the system and to discharge the
collected air through the Air Release Valve at the top of the system. Through
this function, the air in the system can be removed, the pipe resistance can be
reduced, the noise can be reduced, the service life of the system accessories
can be improved, and the conveying efficiency of the system can be improved.
The
working principle of the vertex air separator is to make the water flowing into
the separator rotate around the center through its special design structure.
Due to the influence of centrifugal force, bubbles and water are separated,
gathered at the top of the separator, accumulated to a certain amount and then
discharged by the air release valve. Therefore, the higher velocity is
beneficial to the separation effect of bubbles and water.
