In order to improve the utilization rate and integrity of the equipment and achieve a high level of equipment management, the following system is established.
1. The management of all electromechanical equipment is the responsibility of the equipment management team. The use and maintenance of mechanical equipment is undertaken by each section. Large and medium-sized maintenance and temporary repair of mechanical equipment, regular key maintenance, is responsible for the mechanical repair section. The general use of electrical equipment is the responsibility of the production section, and its maintenance, maintenance and overhaul are the responsibility of the electric repair section.
2. All mechanical and electrical equipment that is handed over to each section must be operated by a skilled worker. The equipment and the surrounding environment must be cleaned and checked periodically.
3. Overhaul, intermediate inspection and emergency repair of all mechanical equipment shall be specifically handled by the section of the electromechanical repair section, and the relevant sections shall assist in the completion.
4. The large and medium-sized repairs of all electrical equipment shall be completed by the electric repair section. Use the various sections, maintenance and repair by the electric repair section, check the operation, according to relevant regulations.
5. Planned maintenance shall be supervised by the production and equipment management team members and the section chief, and the assault missions or general maintenance projects for key overhauls shall be based on the mechanical repair section and supplemented by the relevant section operators; The main part is the electric repair section and the relevant sections are completed.
6. The completion of tasks such as assault maintenance, equipment installation, and process modification shall be undertaken by a competent factory manager, with the main part of the mechanical maintenance section, the equipment management team members, and the relevant section chiefs on-site guidance and joint completion.
7. Regardless of repair, installation and planned maintenance, the electric repair section shall be dispatched with one or two persons to cooperate with the maintenance project and quality inspection. The equipment management team member and the machine electrician shall be jointly responsible; for time, time limit, personnel and maintenance, it must be done. Good records and filed with the technical data room.
8. In the case of emergency repairs and planned maintenance, the electrician section chief, the production equipment management team members, the relevant section chiefs, and the maintenance inspectors must visit the site to jointly study the plan and organize repairs; compete for time, grab speed, and complete the task with quality and quantity. .
9. Each working section shall keep a complete operational record for the equipment used by the unit. The production equipment management team members shall check this regularly; if they are not serious enough, they will be punished.
10. Safe and civilized production inspections, especially for inspection of key equipment, shall not appear “run, run, drip, leak”. Anyone who does not meet the requirements shall be punished according to the relevant system.
11. When the equipment fails, the electromechanical repair section should organize personnel to carry out emergency repairs in a timely manner, without delaying the production and delaying production.
12. Where spare equipment is used, the electromechanical repair section must be ready for use at any time, and the use of spare equipment is never allowed.
13. Where the equipment is repaired, the mechanical and electrical section must adhere to the principle of repairing and avoiding a change.
14. The cranes in each section shall be operated by qualified personnel and the rest of the personnel shall be prohibited from operating.
15. Lifting equipment (such as electric hoist, jack, etc.) shall be uniformly managed by the warehouse, and the borrowing procedures shall be handled as required.
16. During the overhaul period, the company's shutdown system should be strictly implemented.
17. For the case of no-mine shutdown or downtime due to equipment failure, the duty officer must be notified in time and reported to the company dispatching department according to the production scheduling system.
18. The electrician section must carefully implement the "Key Equipment Inspection System", and must send people to the site for inspection and record.
19. For common equipment, spare parts and fixed consumption materials, the warehouse should establish a ledger and make a record; if it can be used in advance, it must be brought to the warehouse in advance for inspection.
20. The mechanics should regularly maintain the machine tool as required.
21. Where a production process equipment is a problem, not timely reporting affect producers; or because of mechanical and electrical section at short notice due to lack of spare parts, materials, can not be repaired, but not promptly report the situation, and beneficiation plant will be the company relevant provisions .
22. The submersible pump is reserved for problems in production, and is repaired and kept by the electrician.
23. If an accident occurs in the equipment, after the repair is completed, an accident analysis meeting must be held. The production technology department takes the lead in identifying the cause, implementing the responsibility, summing up the experience, and finally reporting the results to the entire company.
24. Materials, spare parts and spare parts procurement plans are reported to the relevant departments of the company by various sections, and common materials plans are generally not reported.
25. The production equipment management team manages the equipment according to the relevant regulations. Its main scope of work is: equipment records, data, skill test, operation record management, maintenance plan, maintenance time limit and maintenance quality management, spare parts and quality of the selected mines. Management, equipment update and scrap management, record management of major spare parts replacement during inspection and overhaul of major equipment.
26. This provision is formulated in accordance with the relevant system of the company and will be implemented from the date of issuance.
