Xigong Chusheng Aerial Work Truck Basic Maintenance and Repair

Any technical equipment on the vehicle requires repair and maintenance. The scope and frequency of maintenance are determined by the working conditions of the aerial vehicle. According to the maintenance rules and maintenance intervals, it is divided into three maintenance areas. The requirements for maintenance preparation and job reliability are discussed in the maintenance manual. Inspection and maintenance require skilled technology. These can not be obtained in the manual. To carry out this work, it is recommended to send people to gallop repair station training. In order to maintain a good repair, you must have a good experience, factory technical information, workshop equipment and maintenance tools. From the pits, a sign for repair work was attached to the door of the driver's seat. Any repairs and maintenance must be based on the working conditions of the aerial working platform. Put oil, fuel, and cooling water in pots or similar containers, not on the ground (environmental pollution) Do not start the engine for a long time. When operating on the car, pay attention to safety rules. With regard to lubrication, the maximum pressure with a grease gun does not exceed 400 bar. Grease guns have no safety devices and may damage bearings, ball joints, oil seals, etc. Pay attention before refueling

Before cleaning the grease outlet, remove the drain plug and pay attention to cleanliness. Lubrication of special equipment, according to the manufacturer's instructions. The special tools required, such as a set of universal tools and tools such as torque wrenches, can be supplied by the pit station spare parts department. All repair stations have original spare parts for repair and maintenance, ensuring that the world's original customers and the original parts are quickly supplied. In the central equipment warehouse, there are more than 200,000 different accessories. There are more accessories for older models. The use of the original parts of the aerial working vehicle maintains the best features and reliability of the aerial working vehicle. These parts can withstand the highest quality inspections. In particular, the development, manufacture, or selection of each component is suitable for use in aerial work vehicles. Therefore, use only original accessories.
One, the flip of the cab
(a) Turning the cab
Note: Turning the cab
- - Turn off the engine
-- Lowering the guard on the bumper
-- To ensure safety, clear the front cab range and shift lever.
Flip forward:
1. Put the gear lever in neutral.
2. Short cab, unlock the locking mechanism behind the driver seat and the assistant seat. Long cab, unlock the locking mechanism behind the driver's seat.
3. Securely close the doors and the front guardrail on both sides.
4. Move the hydraulic valve stem in the flip direction.
5. Operate the hydraulic pump until the cab is turned to the most suitable position.
Note: If the hydraulic cab turning device malfunctions or is not fitted, remove the gear lever from the transmission and use an external aid to turn the cab (a crane).
Return to driving position:
1. Move the hydraulic pump stem in the reverse direction.
2. Apply the hydraulic pump until the cab flips back to the driving position.
Note: For the short cab, place the rubber pad exactly on the contact between the fender and the frame. If necessary, correct the rubber pad. For the long cab, apply a continuous hydraulic pump until you feel a lot of resistance.
3. Short cab, lock the locking mechanism behind the driver's seat and assistant seat. Long cab, check safety bar position behind driver's seat.
4. Press the shift lever forward until the shift lever engages.
Note: When the overhead platform truck is working, the cab tilts the stem on the pump and must point in the driving direction.
When acting on a driving outside flip pump, feel no resistance: Check the cab tilt pump for sufficient fuel. When using the cab flip pump, if you feel a lot of resistance:
(B) Lubricated overturned cab bearings
Long-term cab bearings require regular use of multi-purpose grease. When lubricated, turn the cab forward.
Check that the cab lock is released and the valve stem on the cab tilt pump is pointing in the desired flip direction.
Second, the engine
(I) Oil and Filter Replacement
After long-distance operation of the aerial vehicle, when the engine oil is still hot, replace the engine oil.
Release the oil from the engine and oil filter housing, remove the central bolt of the filter housing, remove the filter element and the filter housing, release the oil and clean it with gasoline.
Every time you change the oil, replace the filter and the gasket between the filter housing and the cover. Check that all seal rings are properly sealed and damaged and replace them if necessary. Clean ears listen to drain plugs.
The filter spring must be aligned with the filter housing. Hold the filter housing perpendicular to the cold filter holder and push it up. Then, tighten the center bolt with your hand or a wrench.
(B) Maintenance of Dust Separation Valves
Periodically empty the dust separation valve in the intake line. Clean up once a week if you collect dust. Dust is particularly severe and must be removed every day. To empty, compress the rubber bellows.
The exact installation of the seal is important. Pay attention to lifting the engine oil filter housing according to the specified torque.
Screw in and tighten the oil drain plug. Observe the tight torque.
Inject oil into the engine.
Turn the engine (not more than 20 seconds) until the oil pressure gauge indicates the oil pressure. At this time, the exhaust brake is applied to prevent the engine from starting.
Note: If the compressed air system is not supplying pressure, turn the cab forward, move the fuel pump lever to the stop position, and push the starter button on the engine.
Let the engine idle for a while, check the oil filter for leaks, close the engine after five minutes, check the engine oil level, and re-mark the oil on the oil scale.
(3) Inspection and maintenance of paper air cleaners
Check 422, 423 engine
After the engine is warmed up, fully open the throttle (press the accelerator pedal fully down), observe the service indicator, and clean or replace the filter element if all the colored areas are visible.
422A, 422L A engine
If the service indicator is visible in all red areas, clean or replace the filter element.
Lift truck accessories with two steering front axles and large cab:
1. If the red area of the service indicator is fully visible, push the button to remove the red area.
2. Start the engine at full speed (press all the accelerator pedal down) and observe the maintenance indicator. If a red area appears, clean or replace the filter element.
3. Push the button to clear the red area.
Cleaning:
1. Loosen the retaining nut and remove the filter element. 2. Cover the interior of the filter element and blow with maximum 5 bar of compressed air in the direction of the outside of the filter element. Then, notice the inside of the filter element. This is not thorough enough to clean the filter element with Detergent. If it is cleaned, strictly follow the following safety rules.
2. Use the manufacturer's cleaner. Any gallop repair station will be provided. If there is no manufacturer's cleaner, a non-foamed cleaner can be used.
note:
The manufacturer's filter cleaner has a strong degreasing effect. When in use, wear a rubber sleeve or apply a protective skin cream to protect the hands. Do not use alkaline or hot liquids.
3. Immerse the filter element in a cleaning solution of approximately 40 °C for 10 minutes. Then wash your ears in the cleansing solution for five minutes, rinse with clean water, shake the water on the filter, and then place it in a clean room (about 60°C). Only dry thoroughly before installation.
4. Clean the cover of the filter pad and the filter case cover.
5. Before installing the filter element, check the cleaned filter element and gasket for damage (crack, pinhole) with the check lamp. Replace damaged filter element.
6. Note the number of times of cleaning on the filter surface, install the filter element and tighten the fixing nut.
Clean the filter element three times, or up to two years later. Dust deposits in the intake ducts indicate a leak in the intake system and should be immediately removed.
(D) Maintenance of oil bath air filter
Check the air filter oil level regularly. If you have a lot of dust entering the air filter, check it once a week. If there is a lot of dust, check it every day. Always maintain the oil level at the mark, at least 5 mm above the oil sludge layer at the bottom of the oil shell.
If the air filter dirt increases, change the oil. Entering dirty air will cause accelerated piston and cylinder wear.
Clean the air filter element and the filter housing with diesel oil and blow dry with compressed air (dry thoroughly). Fill the filter housing with engine oil until it is marked.
When assembling the air filter, check its sealing condition and replace it if necessary.
Dust deposits in the intake ducts indicate a leak in the intake system and should be immediately removed.
(5) Lubrication of the flywheel ring gear
Lubricate the flywheel ring gear regularly. Long-acting grease is used to lubricate the ring gear lubrication points one by one through inspection holes.
(6) Timing gear drive power wheel output shaft
Check the elastomeric coupling rubber block for cracks and damage as instructed in the service manual. The fixing bolt is tight. Observe the torsion. For the replacement of the rubber block, see "Troubleshooting."
(7) Removal and installation of cylinder head cover
Before removing the cylinder head cover, remove the dust on it. Replace the seriously deformed or damaged cylinder head gasket and the spring washer under the set screw. Observe the tight torque.
(8) Adjustment of valve clearance
Using a gauge gauge to cool the engine, check the clearance between the rocker arm and the intake and exhaust valve stems. (Check the engine 20 minutes after the flameout)
At the ignition top dead center, the intake and exhaust valves are closed at the same time, and the first cylinder valve clearance (intake and exhaust valve clearance) is adjusted.
Overlap check: When the intake and exhaust gases are slightly opened (overlapping) at the same time, the cylinder pistons should be burned.
422 engine: 1, 6, 2, 2, 3, 5, 4, 7 cylinder pistons.
423 Engine: 1, 7, 2, 9, 3, 6, 4, 10, 5, and 8 cylinder pistons.
Loosen the counter nut and turn the adjustment screw to adjust the valve clearance. After adjustment, tighten the counter nut again and check the valve clearance again. Use dedicated work to turn the crankshaft. Valve clearance see "Technical data".
