Bensenville Fire District updates
Hey everyone,
This just came in from Matt Tessler:
As of January 1, 2013, the Bensenville Fire Protection District made some changes to their station numbering system. The firehouse previously known as Station 1 has been renumbered as Station 17. This particular station now houses several key vehicles, including Battalion 17, Squad 17, Tower 17, Medic 17, and two utility vehicles—Utility 17 and Utility 18. There's also a reserve engine kept there.
All the images you see below were captured by Donald Tessler, who did an excellent job documenting everything. If you're curious about the order in which these photos were taken, here’s the breakdown:
1. Battalion 17
2. Squad 17
3. Medic 17
4. Tower 17
5. Utility 17
6. Utility 18
7. Medic 18
8. Engine 18
I’ve added the photos below so you can get a better look. Each one gives a nice view of the different vehicles stationed there. Enjoy checking them out!
